Company successfully sold two of its divisions: Consumer Set-Top Box Technologies to French Based ST-Micro Electronics and its Software Bios Technologies to Phoenix Technologies.

Great Valley Products, Inc. co-Founder, VP Sales and Marketing. Company established distribution in twenty-five markets around the world including: Australia, Japan, Germany, Italy and the UK. GVP appeared in the national magazine’s Inc “500 Fastest Growing US Private Company” listing in 1993.
